Ok, Here is the floorplan we went with.



We put our deposit down today, and move in April 7th. Its an upstairs apartment with trees blocking both the front and back patios from the sun. They will allow us to put lattice up around the patios and put screen up to create a screened in patio. Its only .8 of a mile from dh's new job that he starts on Tuesday. Yeah!!! He will be able to walk to work.
