just got my butt kicked by Belly dance!! Belly Dancer That Exercise TV is great!! I did 2 begining Belly dance workouts each 10-15 minutes.. OH BOY!! The first was a basic warm up and cardio then a concentrated ab workout.. UUUGGH Sit Up

But I did it.. its done and I feel GREAT, tired but Great!
