To exercise or not to exercise, that is the question...

Ok, I have been riding my bike now for 5 wks, 5 miles 3x a week minimum. Have I seen any drop in wieght?? NOO!!! At least not after the first 2 wks..

Getting very frustrated....

Still have A LOT to lose...

I have since cut out soda to maybe 1 or 2 diet cokes a week. I have been drinking Ice Green tea and water. No juices..
